“Atva Residence Hotel” is a modern hotel complex that was built in 2019 and designed according to the highest standards in hospitality law and law on catering services. We are located 5km from Kicevo town, positioned on the regional road E-65 Kicevo – Ohrid in the area of village Dolno Dobrenoec. The whole complex covers an area of 10.500 m2 and has an accommodation capacity of 17 rooms and 2 apartments with full bathrooms, LED TV with satellite channels, air conditioning (heating/cooling), led lighting, mini bar, hair dryer etc, 24/7 reception and lobby bar.

The apartments, as well as the comfort rooms are additionally equipped with a 6m2 balcony.

Within the complex there is a modern designed hall for weddings and other types of celebrations, of open type (tent) with a maximum capacity of 560 guests, on an area of 900 m2 and an additionally arranged area for cocktail reception, photo session and specially decorated area for concluding a civil marriage.

The complex has 200 parking lots, green horticultural areas, artificial pond with fish, decorative fountains and a safe corner for the youngest “Atva land” with numerous contents.
